The Cowichan Land Trust is pleased to announce that Jen Morgen is our new project coordinator for the Friends of Cowichan Creeks project. This project will engage community members in the protection of riparian habitat.

Jen has recently returned to the Cowichan Valley after studying for her Masters of Science degree in Biodiversity Conservation from Bournemouth University in the UK. She has worked and volunteered for many non-profit organizations including The National Trust, Dorset Wildlife Trust, Somenos Marsh Wildlife Society, The Nature Trust of BC, Nature Conservancy of Canada, Garry Oak Ecosystem Recovery Team and the Cowichan Land Trust.

Jen previously worked for the CLT on the Cowichan Valley Green Map and is excited to be back with us. She brings her passion and enthousiasm for the environment and wildlife to this new project.
